The room that I was staying at was described as "spacious". It was not spacious at all. It is hardly enough for one person... We were two people. Another thing is that I woudn't charachterize this hotel as a 4-star hotel. It is good 3-star hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly and always spoke to you when they saw in in corridor, lift, and so on. The reception desk was efficient. A newspaper was delivered for first two days but not for rest of the week. The hotel in conveniently placed for sightseeing and for airport bus but can be a little noisy - a higher floor probably better.

The place was peaceful and incredibly attractive, it had everything we required, and I adored its convenient proximity to Taksim Square, a metro station, and a tram that goes from Kabatas to the Blue Mosque.

Got in early and staff were so nice about checking us in ahead of time. the queen room we got was awesome, it had a great view of the city! 🌆

Staff were really nice and friendly, Breakfast reasonably good, Excellent location in Taksim Area,,, next to the Metro Station
Some rooms are just very small, a bit noisy if the next door room is loud. Staff needed to speak better English in order to communicate well with guests.
